1. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • During peak seasons, launches, or promotions, processing may take up to 5 business days.

  • Orders placed after 3:00 PM GMT will be processed the next business day.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped, including tracking details where available.


2. Shipping Zones & Rates

Shipping rates are calculated based on destination and order value.

Zone A – United Kingdom

  • Standard (3–5 business days): £3.99

  • Express (1–2 business days): £7.99

  • Free shipping on orders over £50


Zone B – Europe

  • Standard (5–10 business days): £8.99

  • Express (3–5 business days): £14.99

  • Free shipping on orders over £100


Zone C – North America

  • Standard (7–14 business days): £12.99

  • Express (4–7 business days): £19.99

  • Free shipping on orders over £120


Zone D – Caribbean & South America

  • Standard (7–16 business days): £14.99

  • Express (5–10 business days): £24.99

  • Free shipping on orders over £140


Zone E – Africa, Asia & Oceania

  • Standard (10–20 business days): £16.99

  • Express (6–12 business days): £29.99

  • Free shipping on orders over £160


3. Digital Products

All digital products (downloads, media, courses, guides, templates, etc.) are delivered electronically and incur no shipping charges.
Access instructions are sent immediately after payment confirmation.


4. Tracking Your Order

Where available, tracking information will be emailed once your order ships. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear in carrier systems.


5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees imposed by your country. These charges:

  • Are not included in our shipping rates

  • Are the customer’s responsibility

  • Must be paid before delivery can be completed

Dynamic Dymentionz is not responsible for delays caused by customs.


6. Delivery Delays

While we work with reliable carriers, delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to:

  • Weather conditions

  • Customs inspections

  • Carrier disruptions

  • High-volume shipping periods

We appreciate your patience if such delays occur.


7. Incorrect Address Policy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. If an address is incorrect:

  • We cannot guarantee redelivery or refund.

  • If a parcel is returned to us, reshipping fees will apply.


8. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit:

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery) with:

  • Order number

  • Description of issue

  • Photos (if damaged)

We will work quickly to resolve the matter via replacement or refund where appropriate.


9. Split Shipments

Some orders may ship separately depending on product type, warehouse location, or availability. You will receive tracking for each shipment.
